Pre-op PA, the UR1 abutment has a sclerosed canal, there seems to be a radiolucency halfway down the root on the mesial side, maybe there is a lateral canal?

Post-op PA, well sealed canal from apex to root orifice, root canal sealer has revealed the suspected lateral canal
